Rates:
$170 for the initial 75 minute couples consultation session
$150 per 60 minute session ( couples)
$150 for the initial 60 minute individual consultation session
$125 per 50 minute session ( individuals)
All fees are paid by cash , check or paypal ( in advance)
Insurance-Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan for an out-of-network provider as I am not on any insurance panel. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
